In Country Human Resource Service Package
Our in country Human Resources Service enables us to offer our clients not only an excellent front end recruitment service but continues the services all the way through to the management of the candidate in country. The service comprises of the following:
Stage 1: Front End Recruitment (conducted by experienced senior recruitment consultants)
- Receive and understand requirement
- Source and pre-qualify relevant candidates
- Produce shortlist
- Interview shortlisted candidates in depth
- Present suitable candidates to HR function or Line Managers
- Review candidates with HR Function or Line Managers
- Set up and coordinate interview schedule
- Sit in on interviews if required
- Coordinate interview feedback with all parties
- Weekly reporting to HR Function and Line Managers on all presentations and vacancy progress
Stage 2: Offer/Negotiation (conducted by experienced senior recruitment consultants)
- Communicate offer from HR function or Line Managers with relevant candidate
- Salary/package negotiation with candidate/HR Function/Line Managers
- Obtain agreement from all parties on final package and mobilisation
- Weekly reporting to HR Function and Line Managers on all employment offers
Stage 3: Mobilisation (conducted by experienced mobilisation manager)
- Work with Recruitment Team for handover of candidate from Offer stage to Mobilisation
- Obtain all relevant documents in relation to requirements for work and residents visa application
- Set up and coordinate candidates medical as required
- Work with HR Function and Line Managers to coordinate in country housing and transport arrangements
- Ensure contract and all relevant documents are sent to HR Function
- Weekly reporting to HR Function/Line Managers on candidates mobilisation progress
Stage4: In Country Management (conducted by Country Manager and Team)
- Liaise with Mobilisation Manager on new arrivals
- Personal meet and greet candidate from airport
- Introduce candidate to local environment, housing, transport, amenities
- Personal introduction of candidate to Line Manager or HR Function
- Arrangement of candidates leave cycles and holidays
- Continuous liaison and management of candidates whilst in country
- Full Demobilisation process
- Weekly reporting to HR Function on all candidates in Country
